1936 – Rodney L. Madison – 2016
Rodney Lee Madison, the son of Clifford and Helen (Niemann) Madison, was born July 6, 1936 in Slayton, Minnesota. He graduated from Slayton High School in 1954 and attended community college in Worthington, Minnesota. Rodney served in the U.S. Navy. He was previously employed at the Faribo West Mall. Rodney, died on Monday, October 31, 2016 at St. Lucas Care Center, Faribault. MN at the age of 80.
He is survived by two sisters: Renee (and Jim) Mallon, Red Wing, MN and Rosella Kay DeGrote, Slayton, MN; and many nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister Rolene Madison and a brother in law Merle DeGrote.
Graveside services were held at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Faribault, MN on November 4, 2016 with military rites provided by Rice County Central Veterans Association. Arrangements were completed by the Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault, MN. Visit boldtfuneralhome.com for information and guest book.
