MCC golfers sweep the individual medals for boys and girls.

The Rebel girls team is continuing to prove they are a powerful contender in the conference. In their first home meet, the MCC girls team brought in some solid scores despite the chilly conditions. With an overall team score of 206, MCC knocked down WWG by 38 strokes. Abby Hamman and Amber Boock both shot impressive rounds and tied for 1st place with scores of 45. Rounding out MCC’s score was Paige Behrends and Vanessa Dahlgren who each shot a 58.
MCC’s boys played quite well but couldn’t quite clench the win over WWG. The Rebel’s lost to WWG by only 12 strokes. Jack Pierson shot the low score of 38, and earned his first 1st place individual medal of the season. Not far behind was Tyler Groves who shot a 39; earning him 2nd place. Finishing off MCC’s team score was Dawson Tutt who shot a 60, and Kolby Frisk with a 66. MCC was down one golfer due to illness, but the boys still put up some impressive numbers.
