On Saturday, April 22nd, Six MCC 6th graders, Tanner Graphenteen, Derek Kluis, Anna Minton, Parker Johnson, Jackson Sturges, and Christian Tentinger participated in the Southwest Minnesota Team Spelling Bee in Windom. The MCC team placed second. In the individual round, Kluis placed 4th overall and Graphenteen placed 5th overall. In the alternate competition, Minton received a 2nd place medal. Congratulations spellers!
