On Monday, June 17, 43 golfers hit the links at the Slayton Country Club, for G.O.L.F. XXI (the 21st annual Great Outdoor Lutheran Fundraiser) in support of Shetek Lutheran Ministries. It rained for a couple of holes in the morning but the afternoon was beautiful. With the help of our golfers and sponsors, we were able to raise over $5,000 for Shetek! No one won the new golf cart in the hole in one contest sponsored by NB Golf Carts of Hendricks but maybe next year! Shetek is grateful for the many golfers who participated and the hole sponsors who support the ministry at Shetek.
