Not just for Marines anymore!

Exercise classes have been around since, or maybe even before, the invention of the scale. When a person stepped on that scale and looked down, they either went away feeling good about themselves or promised that they would do something to get back on track…starting tomorrow.

Tomorrow came to Slayton in the form of a Boot Camp put on by Amanda Berreau with a lot of help from Amy Kathman. Both work at the Steve Cohrs Wellness Center / therapy office on Slayton’s main street, so they know their stuff. Boy, do they know their stuff!

Berreau has worked privately as a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer for three years and recently finished Certification as a Nutrition Specialist, and Kathman is currently working on obtaining her personal training certification.
