dominate Lady Rebels, 82-47
The MCC Rebels had the odds stacked against them on Friday night. The MCC Rebel girls were in Edgerton to take on the top team in the Red Rock Conference in Southwest Christian. The Rebels already short roster was missing their top post player and maybe this seasons top player in Morgan Behrends. She leads the team in points, rebounds, and blocked shots. Not only was it another starter out for the Rebels, it was their second post player this season out with an injury with McKenzie Schmitz already out with injuries. That meant the Rebels tallest player in the starting lineup was just 57 while the Eagles shortest starter was listed at 57.

The Eagles used their size and talent to take it to the Rebels on Friday night.

The Rebels have not had a deep bench all season long. With two injuries to the team late in the year the Rebels three lone bench players, were freshmen and Kaitlyn Knakmuhs who was playing in just her fourth game of the varsity season after playing B and C squad all year.
