NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF A PORTION OF 23RD STREET PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTE 412.851


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council on the 17th day of March, 2014, in the City Hall located 2424 26th Street at 7:00 p.m. to consider a proposed vacation of a portion of 23rd street located between the street of Broadway Avenue and King Avenue legally described as:

Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot 16, Block One of Said Fowler & Dinehart's First Addition; Thence south along the West line of said Lot 16 A distance of 34.32 feet. To the Southwest corner of said Lot 16 as platted; thence Northwesterly along the Southerly right of way line of 23rd Street (former Poplar Avenue) as platted, a distance of 78.47 feet, to a point directly West of the point of beginning; thence East, along the extension of the North line of said Lot 16, a distance of 70.57 feet, to the point of beginning.
