Fight the Flu

Donít let the flu stop you. The flu is more than sniffles... Itís coughing. Itís fever. Itís aching.

The best protection you can get and give is a flu shot.

Homeland Health provides vaccinations to patients ages six months and up. We are an in net work provider for Medica, BCBS, HealthPartners, Preferred One, UCare, Americaís PPO, PrimeWest, South Country Health Care Alliance and Medicare. We will bill your health plan. Homeland Health is Medicare certified and provides vaccinations to Medicare patients.

Your flu shot is covered 100 percent by your Medicare part B or your Advantage Health Plan. Bring your health plan, Medicare and supplemental insurance cards to the clinic. Homeland Health is a MN Vaccines for Children Provider and will offer flu vaccine to uninsured children, six months through 18 years of age, for $10.

If you are not covered by a health plan, you may purchase a vaccination with cash on the day of the clinic.†Cash only, no checks please.

Cost if Uninsured: Over 18 years: Injection $30 FluMist $35 Cost if Uninsured: six months to 18 years: $15

The Clinic will be held at the Murray County Slayton High School,† 2420 28th St., Slayton, Tuesday, October 15 3:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
