Recipes: Sweet and Sour Meatballs; Wild Rice Bread; and Slow Cooker Apple Cake
Eat, eat. eat. I had many opportunities to eat out lately. This seems to be the time of the year for fundraisers and recognitions. Thursday, RSVP volunteers were treated to a meal and program at Fulda. Friday, Frances and I went to Orange City for the NWC donor recognition banquet. We stayed overnight at Mark and Loriís and left in the morning. Mark is alumni director and with homecoming and the events that went with it we didnít get to see a lot of them. It was cold and rainy so we were glad we hadnít made plans to stay for the game. We stopped to shop and ate lunch on the way home. I did see the second half of the game when we got home. Alexis was asked to run the camera for the game. She was nervous about that as she says she doesnít know much about football.
