The Concord Singers

July 31, 2013

Free performance at the Murray County Fair
Officially founded in 1931, the Concord Singers began as a group of men united by the love of song.  Since then they have appeared on radio and television and recorded several albums. Many of the songs they sign are “Volkslieder” (folk songs) and the Concord Singers are known as the foremost amateur German-language male chorus in America. Please join them on the Murray County Fairgrounds for a free performance starting at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14 in Slayton.
