We celebrated at a Japanese restaurant which I have forgot the name of. It was the raw fish kind of place.
This past weekend we went to the graduation ceremony of youngest son Kirk, at the University of Minnesota, St Paul. He graduated with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. Always a nice thing and proud I am. Later that afternoon we toured their new home that they have a purchase agreement on and met with the house inspector going over potential problems. Then we celebrated at a Japanese restaurant which I have forgot the name of. It was the raw fish kind of place. Kirk had ended one job on Thursday and started a new one Friday morning before the graduation. The daughter-in-law is in the process of closing on their house in LaCrosse and switching jobs to the Park Nicollet clinic.

Saturday we went shopping for those things we can't live without. I think Lazy Boy could sell a lot of recliners if they put buggy wheels and a sun shade on it. Women could push there husbands around and everyone would be happy. The male could waken to nod yes when asked " do you like this".

We went to the Orpheum Theatre Saturday night for the play Mary Poppins. The live musical was exceptional and a great time. We also had some really good meals at the Butcher Block, Manny's and a couple of others I would like to go back to. Sunday it was time to head home and the chair. They were going to finish a few things then pack for a trip later this week to Thailand for a couple of weeks. For Louise and I it's back home again to pick up sticks and cut more wood.

Married couples, both 60 years old, were celebrating their 35th anniversary. During their party, a fairy appeared to congratulate them and grant them each one a wish. The wife wanted to travel around the world. The fairy waved her wand and poof -- the wife had tickets in her hand for a world cruise. Next, the fairy asked the husband what he wanted. He said, I wish I had a wife 30 years younger than me. So the fairy picked up her wand and poof -- the husband was 90.
