Recipes this week: Weeknight Stroganoff; Sesame Broccoli Cauliflower Salad; and Creamy Caramel-Pecan Rolls
Spring is just around the corner. Finally we are getting some warmer days and the snow is almost completely gone leaving a lot of mud in its place. Over the weekend I saw several robins in our yard and the tulips were up on the west side of the house. The warm temperatures don’t mean we won’t see any more snow as it has come as late as May. My dad told us there was one year they had snow every month. The snow came so heavy in April that the planters that were left in the fields were completely buried. At least we know if snow does come at this time of the year the sun has a lot of power and it won’t last long.
