Fulda Community Educationís Winter Brochure offered a Mystery Quilt Class beginning January 17th. Several ladies from Fulda and Slayton were intriqued by the class description of ďWhat is a Mystery Quilt? Instructions for construction of a mystery quilt are given bit by bit so that the end product will be a mystery until the project is nearly complete.Ē

On the first night of class, they received some basic quilting instructionsand were told to purchase twelve one-quarter yard pieces of complimentary fabric, background fabric and fabric for the backing of the quilt.

During their quest for ďjust the right fabricĒ, several of the ladies shopped at area quilt shops and enjoyed looking at other sewing kits and ideas while doing so.
