It was a trip she never dreamed she would ever take, a country she likely would never visit. But Augustana College senior Katie Beech knew she had always wanted to study abroad somewhere. "Europe was such a safe place," she says. "I wanted challenge and an adventure, someplace I wouldn't ever go - and now I want to go there again."
So when Beech had the chance to spend the J-term there with 5 other students in India, she jumped at the chance. Together their group traveled to there to spend twenty days in the country on a class journey dubbed, "Music, Culture, Religion, Literature and Life in Northern India".
