The Southwest Regional Development Commission will be sponsoring an Orientation for newly elected local government officials and interested persons on Saturday, February 23, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 12 Noon. The Orientation will be held at the Slayton Senior Center, 2455 Broadway Avenue in Slayton, MN.
Topics to be discussed include “Southwest Regional Development Commission Program Benefits to the Region” which covers the SRDC Standing Committee structure along with the benefit of these programs to local units of government. These topics and others will be discussed at this Orientation. Although there is no registration fee to attend the Orientation, pre-registration is requested by calling the SRDC Office prior to Friday, February 15. Phone 507/836-1644 if you plan to attend. |
