Sneak by with win over Rebel girls
The MCC Rebel girls were playing a busy week of basketball with three games on the road against teams that have either given them problems in the past or are in the midst of strong seasons. The Rebels beat a team that has given them problems in the past with Pipestone on Tuesday night. The Rebels on Thursday were in Edgerton to take on a team that has been one of the best teams in the Red Rock Conference over the years. Southwest Christian is currently the top team in the Conference without a loss to a conference foe all season. The Rebels were looking to end the Eagles streak and push themselves over .500 on the season. The Rebels played maybe their best three quarters of a game all season but the one quarter of the game cost them dearly.
