The reorganization of the pendent School District 2169 school board was held Monday evening. New board member Jeremey Steinle was given the oath of office and acting Chair Dan Woldt led the board in appointing officers for the new year.
Woldt was elected chair, Tom Mesner vice-chair, Cindy Meling clerk, and Sue Streff treasurer. Compensation for board members was left at last year's rate of $70 per meeting. In addition, extra compensation for the chair was set at $500 and $100 for the board clerk.
A new meeting date and time will now be observed with regular meetings on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m., in the school library.
