Calibrating your farm financial guidance system workshops

January 2, 2013

Weekly column by Mike Boersma County Extension Educator with the U of M Extension Service in Murray and Pipestone Counties
The economic outlook in agriculture is relatively good. But, high prices, high input costs, and government uncertainty can combine to make farming a high-stakes proposition. The Southwest Minnesota Farm Business Management Association and University of Minnesota Extension will be offering two workshops in January, designed to assist producers in benchmarking their operations to make management decisions that will ultimately increase profits.

The following press release shares details of the meetings; please note that pre-registration is required. Happy Holidays!
