According to the police reports, a passer-by noticed a vehicle turned on its side early Thursday morning.
The Murray County Sheriff’s Department responded to the call at 7:03 a.m. Upon arrival they found a 2003 Dodge Intrepid near the intersection of 31st street and 190th Avenue on its side. They found 21-year Tyler Joseph Schreier, deceased, near the site of the accident. It appeared he had been thrown from the vehicle upon impact.
