Emily Elizabeth Cowan and Joseph Dalen Hermodson-Olsen were united in marriage September 22, 2012 at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church in Fulda, Minnesota.
The bride is the daughter of Jim and Marcie Cowan of rural Iona, Minnesota. The groom is the son of Pastor Andrew and Rosine Hermodson-Olsen of Brownton, Minnesota. The maid of honor was Kathy Brenny, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Teresa Hermodson-Olsen, sister of the groom, Jessica Hermodson-Olsen, sister of the groom, Elizabeth Hermodson-Olsen, sister of the groom, and Lindy Nelson, cousin of the bride. Lexah Nelson, cousin of the bride, was the flower girl.
