NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
JANUARY 8, 2013 AT 5:25 P.M. CITY OF SLAYTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Planning Commission of the City of Slayton, acting as the Board of Adjustment, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 5:25 p.m. in City Hall Meeting Room, located at 2424 26th Street to consider the application of the Family Dollar Store, for a variance for property located on the corner of Maple Avenue and 20th Street, Slayton. The property is described as Winter Addition, Block 1, Lot 3. The property is located in a B-1 Business Highway District. The application, if approved, will allow Family Dollar to have twenty-nine (29) parking spaces instead of forty-one (41) as required by City of Slayton §152.03 General Provisions; Section 1: Off Street Parking (4a) Floor Area and (4o) required parking spaces. This would be a variance of twelve (12) parking spaces. All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing on this matter.
