| An increase of 11.8% will be relected on final levy approved by school board | |

The Murray County School board Monday night approved its final levy certification for 2012, payable in 2013. Financial officer Lisa Rademacher presented information to the board regarding the proposed levy and concluded the final levy would reflect an overall increase of 11.8%, at $1,947,681.92. The board approved the final budget. A revised 2012-13 expenditure/budget was also approved. At this point the budget reflects expenditures of $8,962,123, or 39% of the yearly outlay with revenues of $292,850, or 33% of the year to date revenues.
