Courtney Schmitz | wins Peace poster contest |
| Courtney Schmitz, sixth grade student at MCC, was the local Peace Poster Contest winner sponsored by the Hadley Lions. After winning the local contest, her poster was judged at the District 5M3 Lions level. She was judged best at that level to qualify for the Multiple District Lions Level poster contest. Courtney competed against 13 other schools' entries. She will be honored at the District level mid-winter convention in February, 2013. |
