On Saturday the MCC Rebel boys were able to see where they stacked up against the rest of the Red Rock Conference. The MCC Rebels played host to the Red Rock Conference Jamboree as the teams from the Red Rock Conference got together for a 20 minute scrimmage against each other. It also gave coaches a chance to see how teams have improved and who the top players will be this year.

The Red Rock Conference saw a large number of players graduate a year ago. In some cases they were three and four year starters on most rosters who are no longer playing opening up the conference to what could be a wild year.

Two teams are brand new this season with Southwest United combining the rosters of Southwest Star and Round Lake Brewster and Mountain Lake Area which includes Mountain Lake and Mountain Lake Christian. Every team in the conference suffered losses to graduation from a year ago, the question will be how are those players are replaced. The team effected the most from last year’s graduation might be the Murray County Central Rebels.
