The Slayton Police Department (SPD) warned an adult male at 11:17 on the morning of October 24, 2012 for rolling through a stop sign at the intersection of 26th Street and King Avenue.
A white dog at large in the 2700 block of 24th Street was reported at 1:35 that afternoon. SPD and people in the area tried to catch the dog, but the dog eluded all attempts for capture, and it ran from the area.
An adult female reported from the 2600 block of Ironwood Avenue the neighbor’s dog barks all day. SPD spoke with the dog’s owners who were advised. The owners stated they would take action to remedy the matter.
