THE CAST OF THE PLAY | To present Beauty and the Beast |
|
Beauty and the Beast, a well known and beloved tale of enchantment and love is coming to the Murray County Central stage this month. Rehearsals for the production have been progressing in earnest since soon after school began this fall and will culminate in a full stage presentation on November 12-14.
Directed by Choral Director, Chad Felton, who is assisted by Kristin St. John, the musical features a large cast with members ranging from the sixth through twelfth grades. Playing the "Beast" will be senior Dan Beech, who is a veteran actor to the MCC stage. At his side will be Rachel Carlson, who's portrayal of "Belle" is poignant and sweet. Scattered throughout the production are fellow veterans and new student actors who have delighted audiences in many of the school's dramatic endeavors.
