Slayton American Legion and Slayton American Legion Auxiliary members traveled to Sauk Center, Minnesota to tour the Eagles Healing Nest facility, have lunch with the Veterans, and present the proceeds of our Quilt Raffle of $1500.00 to the Eagles Healing Nest. It is a place for Veterans, service members, and their families who suffer from invisible wounds of war to get the help they need.
