A very large crowd was on hand Saturday evening as nine chili challengers offered up tastes of their concoctions in hopes of obtaining the traveling championship trophy. The annual Hadley Lion’s event annual raises money for a family in need – this year’s recipient is Rick and Lori Manderscheid. In all, 377 cast votes with the Sharon Lais named as the 2017 Hadley Lion’s Chili Champion.
